Photo processing and deletion

Photos, garment references and descriptions are sent to our image generation and moderation provider (SeeAPI). Output files are stored using Cloudflare R2 when enabled. Image links grant access to anyone holding the link; do not share them if you want to keep the image private. We do not sell photos or use them to train our own models. Provider processing is also subject to its applicable terms.

Download results promptly. We do not offer permanent photo storage. Production uploads and results enter automatic deletion after 24 hours; storage cleanup can be delayed, so this is not a guarantee of physical deletion by exactly 24 hours. Request deletion of inputs, results or your account through Support; include the task ID, not the photo itself. Order and security records may need to be retained separately. Local drafts contain uploaded image links and descriptions in the same browser tab and expire after 24 hours of inactivity; clearing browser site data removes them.
