Acceptable Use Policy

This service is for changing clothing in photos. We do not allow nudity, sexual content, or images of minors.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. By uploading a photo or using any part of the service, you agree to it. Violating this policy can terminate your access without refund, and we may report serious violations to the relevant authorities.

Who may use this service

You must be at least 18 years old. You may not use the service on behalf of, or with images of, anyone under 18.

Prohibited content and uses

1. No photos of minors. You may not upload, generate or request any image featuring a person who is, or appears to be, under 18 years old. We do not make exceptions for "family photos", cosplay, school uniforms or any other framing.

2. No nudity or sexual content. No nude, semi-nude, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery. This includes underwear-only, swimwear presented as sexual content, and any request that removes or makes clothing transparent. The service changes garments; it does not undress people.

3. No non-consensual use of a real person's likeness. You may only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo of another person who has given you explicit permission to use it for this purpose. Uploading someone else's photo without consent is prohibited, including photos of ex-partners, colleagues, classmates or public figures.

4. No deception or impersonation. You may not use the output to impersonate someone, misrepresent their identity, create fake evidence, or defraud any person or platform. Do not use generated images as proof of a real event, real purchase or real attendance.

5. No harassment, defamation or exploitation. No use intended to humiliate, threaten, sexually objectify or otherwise harm a person.

6. No attempts to evade our filters. Do not obfuscate prompts, split requests, alter images or use encoding tricks to get around content moderation. Attempts to bypass the filter are treated as a violation in themselves.

7. No unlawful use. Do not use the service for anything that violates applicable law, including child sexual abuse material (which we report), copyright or trademark infringement, or fraud.

What we check

Every upload and every text prompt is screened by an automated content filter before generation. Requests that fail the check are rejected and no credits are charged. Some rejections are reviewed by a human.

Enforcement

• First violation of the content filter: request rejected, no charge.
• Repeated attempts to bypass the filter: account suspended.
• Any suspected image of a minor, or any sexualized content involving a minor: immediate and permanent ban, deletion of associated data, and a report to the appropriate authority where required by law.
• Non-consensual imagery of a real person: immediate ban and report.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if we reasonably believe this policy has been violated.

Reporting

If you believe content on this service violates this policy, or if someone has used your photo without consent, email support@clotheschanger.io with the URL or a description. We investigate every report and aim to respond within 48 hours.

Data handling

We process photos to provide outfit editing and do not sell them. Download results promptly. You can request deletion through support. See the Privacy Policy for processing and storage details.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
